Filthy conditions plagued this stay. the presence of roaches and drug paraphernalia just outside the premises was alarming. My room was not cleaned before my arrival, and I witnessed the previous occupant being checked out just before I received the same room key. I felt unsafe the entire time and chose not to shower here, expecting much better from my budget-friendly choice for a place to rest during my concerts.
